The Process So how do you get started developing a plan for your company? It’s simple. Consultation: We review your company’s retention and reward concerns and work with you to complete a company outline and profiles for the selected employees. Plan Design: Based on your input, we prepare and present a comprehensive proposal describing the features, benefits, and costs of an incentive program designed to meet your needs. Final Review: We meet to answer your questions and finalize specifications on the plan. The plan is approved by you. Implementation: We work with your Human Resource and Finance departments to implement and roll out the program. We can also, at your option, handle all aspects of the roll out with the participants, including plan review and employee meetings. Going Forward: We monitor your program by tracking plan funding and producing annual reports both for you and for the participating employees. Because this is a dynamic plan, we can add and remove employees at your direction.
